Neptune’s Amber Cup
Neptune’s Amber Cup race took place for the first time in 2010. The idea originated from Mateusz Kusznierewicz’s dream to create an event that will connect Baltic Sail rally and NordCUP regatta with each other. From the very beginning, NAC attracts sailors from different backgrounds, competing on mono-hull yachts, catamarans and even sailboards and kiteboards.
Every year winners name and yacht are engrave on the special challenge cup, made of amber. Additional awards will also be given to winners in subcategories.
This year, route will lead from the start around Stogi Beach, alongside Gdansk’s beaches until return buoy at the Brzezno’s Pier and back the same way to Stogi. Start is expected at 1st of June 2017 at 12:00.
To take part in this race all you need to do is fill in on-line form at nordcup.pl, where you choose a “Neptune’s Amber Cup” option and, of course, show at the start line!
